The Pastor’s Aide/Armor Bearer Ministry is devoted to undergirding and supporting the pastoral leadership of New Witt Baptist Church through prayer, service, and personal care. This ministry ensures that the Pastor’s spiritual, physical, and logistical needs are met with excellence and discretion, allowing the Pastor to focus on preaching, teaching, and shepherding the congregation. Members of this ministry are called to serve with humility, loyalty, and spiritual maturity, assisting during worship services, engagements, and special events.
